In some cases, classes may be shifted to Tuesday and Thursday due to holidays, sickness, or rare business-related trips.

Ladies Ages 8 & Up
All classes except our 12 PM class are 60 minutes long. 
The 12 PM class is 30 minutes long. 
The 3:15 and 3:45 classes overlap, and are both 60 minutes long.
The M-W-F 12 PM class is a women’s only fitness circuit class. 
The Saturday 8 AM class is Girl’s Power Hour, and is only young ladies and women, ages 8 and up.
